Paradise View
A four bedroom villa available to rent in Kusadasi, Turkey. The villa is situated in a quiet, maintained complex, which boasts to be one of the most prestigious locations to live in Kusadasi. There are many locals who also live on the complex, which gives the holiday a real Turkish experience. If it is a party vibe you are looking for, then a short walk takes you to the ladies beach area of Kusadasi. Also, the famous 'Bar Street' is a must for any party reveler!
There is public transport available outside the complex, which takes you to Ladies Beach (5 mins) and Kusadasi Centre (10 mins). If you are driving, then there is parking available right outside the villa with ample lighting.
The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs or pets. The beach is approx. 150 metres away. Smoking is not permitted in the villa (Only on the terraces).
Living Area:
Kitchen:
The kitchen is off the living area which is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a 4 ring electric hob, electric grill and oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric toaster, full set of crockery and cutlery, glassware; cooking utensils are also provided. There is an iron and ironing board and also a washing machine available.
Double Bedrooms:
There are two double bedrooms, one consisting of a king size bed and balcony. The second bedroom is situated on the third floor with a large window that showcases the stunning sea view to wake up to and has easy access to the large terrace, which consists of a barbeque and an amazing panoramic view.
Twin and Single Bedrooms:
There are two further bedrooms one consisting of twin beds, and the second bedroom is situated on the third floor with a single bed.
Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms at Paradise View. One is on the ground floor complete with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The second bathroom is located on the second floor and also includes a bath tub, as well as a sink, toilet and shower. A further shower is also available on the terrace, which is ideal for cleaning yourself down from a day on the beach.
Swimming Pool:
There is a communal swimming pool and bathing area available, that is shared between the 30 private villas. You can also enjoy the gardens whilst experiencing stunning panoramic sea views.
Sunset:
Finally, a bonus for the villa is the famous Aegan sunsets that are on view from the villa and the complex. For the romantics it is a view not to be missed at the end of day. And one to enjoy with your partner over a glass of wine, or two!
