Description of Villa & Features:
The villa is a 4/5 bedroomed triplex.
Basement Room - A family/chill out room with lounge area, books, cds, cd player, cards and dominoes .
1st floor - open plan kitchen and living room opening onto balcony overlooking the communal pool.
2nd floor - 1 family room (1 double and 2 singles), 1 single room and bathroom with shower, wc, washhand basin and bath.
3rd floor - 1 double opening out onto roof terrace and 1 single room.

The villa is located on Green Beach and it is a 5 minute walk away there is a diving centre and various water sports are available. Ladies beach is 5 minutes away on the dolmus there are lots of restaurants and bars on Ladies Beach.
Kusadasi is a short dolmus ride away. There are numerous bars, restaurants in Kusadasi. There is also Aqua Fantasy and water park and Adaland another water park with a dolphin show.
There are numerous beaches just outside Kusadasi all of which are a short dolmus ride away.
Kusadasi has something for everyone. Bar Street for those who like dancing into the early hours and quiet bars for a more relaxing night. There are numerous restaurants serving turkish and european food and of course fish restaurants near the harbour.
Scala Nova on the harbour has designer shops at a fraction of the cost in the uk, La Coste, Body Shop, Mudo, Dolce & Gabbana, Koton etc as well as jewellery shops. Not forgetting the cruise ships that come in nearly every day.
There is the old town Kaleici which has lots of fake designer bag shops, t shirts, jeans etc although the quality of turkish cotton is 2nd to none.
There is a market every wednesday where you can get all your fake designer gear and don't forget to haggle!!!Booking:
